After releasing their sophomore EP ‘Nothing At All’ in February 2019, Stoop Kid is now back with a new record. ‘Camp Careful’ will be out January 15, 2021 and is the band’s first album. It will also be the first release for us (fuck yeah).
Prior to the album Stoop Kid now releases a first single ‘Careful There, Annie Oakley’. It’s a janglepop song that sounds happier than it actually is. Here’s what the band has to say about it:
“Careful There, Annie Oakley is about those days that make you think your lesser days are quite okay. When go-to self help tricks like having a healthy breakfast or going on a long walk just aren’t doing the trick and you end up back in bed, waiting for the sun to come up again. And that’s okay, tomorrow might be better.”
