Here we go: welcome to the fam, Koala Disco 
KD is the brainchild of musician & illustrator Niels Tuijaerts. The sound of these Brussels based marsupials (after the metropolises Lommel and Antwerp) moves somewhere between kraut, psychedelic rock and punk.
KD and UYS first crossed paths at Humo’s Rock Rally in 2022, where Koala Disco and the late band Dennis played the pre-selections. 2022 wasn’t the year for Koala Disco, but 2024 was: the band took home the audience award and also won Jonge Wolven.
